This was by far the best experience I’ve had when it came to dealing with my glasses. I was able to get them repaired quickly and be on my way. All the staff here were super helpful and kind. Their customer service has made me a forever customer to Lens Crafters. Camilla and Katie were also super helpful and informative when it came to any question I asked regarding my glasses and future glasses I was considering. Y'all most definitely need to give them a raise!

Love getting all my awesome glasses from Lenscrafters. Today I took my grandson to get a pair because he keeps breaking his from other places. Colin was a great help! All I had to do was tell him his name and date of birth and who the insurance was with and he took care of the rest. He explained to my grandson and showed him what the measurements he was taking was for and made him feel really comfortable. I recommend Lenscrafters for all you eye glass needs🩷

I was very pleased with the service at Lens Crafters. I went in to get my glasses adjusted because they were hurting my ears. Colin was extremely helpful and gave amazing customer service. He made sure that both of my pair of glasses fit comfortably on my face. He said that he didn't want them to just feel good he wanted them to feel GREAT. So he kept adjusting them until they were GREAT. You don't find customer service like that this day and time. I really appreciated his kindness. I will always purchase my glasses from Lens Crafters because you employ people who really care. THANKS Colin for going above and beyond!
