I stopped in after my dog chewed up my glasses, leaving the metal wiring exposed. I couldn’t afford to replace my prescription glasses right now, so I was hoping for a simple repair to get me by. Matthew went above and beyond to help. He took the time to fix my frames, made them comfortable to wear again, and didn’t charge me anything. It’s rare to find businesses that genuinely care more about helping people than making a sale, and that’s exactly how I felt during my visit. Matthew treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect, and I never felt like I was just another customer. Because of the exceptional service I received, I know exactly where I’ll be buying my next pair of glasses. Stopped in for an emergency repair for my daughter's glasses before she went to Space Camp for the week. Jason (hopefully I'm remembering his name correctly), who was all by himself that day, took care of us promptly. While repairing her glasses, multiple other customers walked in, and he also managed to handle a phone call. He still took the time to repair her glasses for free among everything else. If this was my local LensCrafters I'd be coming back based on excellent service.
