I recently had an amazing experience at the Capitola LensCrafters, thanks to Lindsay! I initially visited the LensCrafters in San Jose, but they wouldn’t allow a return or exchange on my glasses, even after going back and forth. Frustrated, I was ready to buy a new pair elsewhere. I decided to give the Capitola location a try, and I’m so glad I did! Lindsay was incredibly helpful and not only assisted me in picking out a smaller frame but also saved me some money on my new purchase. After I left, I received a call from Lindsay, who shared the great news that she had managed to secure a full refund for my original glasses! She genuinely cared about my situation and went out of her way to help. Customer service is often lacking these days, so it was refreshing to see someone truly make an effort for a customer. I am thrilled with my new glasses, which were ready in no time. Thank you so much, Lindsay, and the Capitola LensCrafters team—you are the best!

Incredible service at LensCrafters Capitola! All the employees are so helpful and friendly. I actually travel all the way from the Bay Area just to go to this specific location because the service is so amazing. Caesar, in particular, is doing an amazing job and went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my future eyewear needs!

My family and I visited LensCrafters looking for Meta smart glasses, and we had a great experience. Some of the glasses required a prescription, and Cesar was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, explain the different options available, and make sure we were getting the best customer service possible. Cesar was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right glasses for our needs we left with a big smile :) Thank you Cesar This will definitely be our favorite LensCrafters store. Thank you to the whole team for such an excellent experience!

Mauricio (Maui) was excellent! He fixed my current glasses (purchased there at LensCrafters), which had a loose screw and were missing a nosepiece. He then ordered new lenses for those glasses. He was patient, helpful, and very personable. He explained the whole process and looked at discounts, including my insurance. He was great to work with!

I don't think I have ever had as positive of a customer experience as I did with Blake at the Capitola LensCrafters. As a person with an intense prescription, wearing glasses is crucial to my everyday eye comfort (contacts with my high Rx often dry my eyes out very uncomfortably). When my glasses broke at the bridge, I wore limited supply of contacts I brought until I could have my back-up pair shipped into town (I am not local). As my contacts supply dwindled, I looked for options be it frame repair/getting new lenses made, and Blake helped me search every frame in the store to find one that near-perfectly fit the lenses from my snapped glasses so that I can feel somewhat comfortable seeing again. Huge kudos to Blake- he is an example of how customer service should be.
