I'm visiting from Boston and my sunglasses had been run over by my car and the lens had popped out. Reuben Is here on a Sunday and at 11:00 a.m. I came in with my bent frames and he was able to warm them up and pop the lens back in. It was absolutely amazing and so thankful for my trip. Now I have glasses. And he showed me some other ones if these don't work. He has a beautiful selection. Very helpful and amazing store

Diane was amazing! The service was exceptional. I walked in and was greeted right away and when I handed them my glasses to repair they literally had them back to me in 5 minutes. I couldn’t believe the turn around time. Totally recommend Diane and lens crafters in CLMT!

I have never had such an in depth and thorough eye exam until I went to lens crafters! Dr. Nguyen was an incredible help with helping me understand my prescription and giving me remedies and recommendations on how to help my light sensitivity. Justine, Jocelyn and Diane were amazing in helping me find the right frames for a new set of glasses, helping me choose the best transition levels for me. Everyone at lens crafters were super knowledgeable, responsive and they genuinely care about providing quality service. Overall an amazing customer service experience and I will indeed be coming back for my next exam and new set of glasses!

I brought my glasses in when I lost my screw and they fixed them up right away! As someone that grew up in Clairemont, LensCrafters has always been my goto when I have local optometry needs any time that I'm in the area.

I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! I walked in with a lot of discomfort in my eyes and they were able to get me in for an eye exam right away, which I really appreciated. The team is amazing. Diane, Ruben, and everyone else I interacted with were so kind and helpful. Diane truly went above and beyond. She even fixed my sunglasses without me asking, just because she noticed they needed adjustment. That level of care really stood out to me. I ended up getting a pair of glasses that were fully covered by my insurance, and there was absolutely no pressure to upgrade or buy something more expensive. The whole process felt easy, honest, and stress free. Overall, it was such a simple and positive experience. I highly recommend this location!
