Another review reflecting the continued lack of resolution. My daughter’s warranty claim for her glasses still hasn’t been resolved. We’ve been told the order is “lost in the cloud,” yet no one has provided a solution or replacement. Great selection of frames and lenses. Exceptional customer service. Great prices. The people are very helpful and my progressive lenses with transitions are great, I loved them so much I came back and bought a second pair.

Lauren at the CO Mills Mall LensCrafters is not only a delight to work with but she’s very good at advising customers on frames that suit your face shape. She helped me understand the functional options for different types of lenses. And frankly she single handedly changed my previously soured opinion of Lens Crafters. Go there, work with her and help yourself see the world more clearly.

Fantastic experience every time I go in. Dr. Mok was wonderful. Finn was pleasant and helpful. Lauren was patient and helpful while we figured out my insurance information. Another woman with red hair who works there, whose name I cannot place has also always been wonderful.

My daughter needed a repair to her glasses before we flew to Europe. Jimmy fixed them quickly and there was no charge. He was kind and efficient! 5 stars!!!!
