I have visited the Newington LensCrafters store many times. Each time I have always had a positive experience. On several different occasions I have had the pleasure of working with Laura, the store manager. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I have also received great customer service from the other Laura who is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them for any of your eyeglass needs. Gary C Wethersfield

I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters on Memorial Day. I came in with damaged glasses and wasn’t sure they could be repaired, especially on a holiday, but the staff went above and beyond to help me. They were friendly, professional, and fixed my glasses quickly, saving me from having to replace them. It’s rare to find customer service this caring and efficient nowadays. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and would highly recommend LensCrafters to anyone needing eyewear or repairs!

Kyle was the BEST to work with, this was the best eye care experience I’ve ever had. She was very attentive, professional and sweet! She got me exactly what I was looking for, while giving great professional advice. I will be coming back just to work with her. I’m really impressed with LensCrafters

I cannot for the life of me get through to anyone for help. I called & spoke to multiple people because the sunglasses they ordered for me were to big & they just keep telling you come back for adjustments. I've never had to get a pair of glasses adjusted in 20 years & I didn't know it wouldn't correct the problem. It wasn't an adjustment issue it was an order issue. Update: I filled out the form and the manager got back to me. Thank you for your help & thank you to the staff for working with me on getting this corrected.

Great Servive in the store. Alejandro was awesome helping me pick out frames and Heather was really good taking measurements. Great experience and they were very professional!!
