Sneha was absolutely amazing customer service! She helped my daughter, wife and myself find sun glasses and glasses for us all! This location is so blessed to have her as an employee. Very helpful in the selection of styles and brands. So helpful I purchased sunglasses as well. Will definitely look forward to returning the first of the year new frames.
We had an excellent experience at LensCrafters and purchased three pairs of glasses. Saba was absolutely wonderful—professional, knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She even waited patiently while I called to activate my card. She gave us very helpful advice in choosing the most flattering frames and explained the different lens options so we could select the ones that best suited our needs. Michelle at the Avalon location was the best sales associate that we have ever had. She knew the glass types for us. Very knowledgeable about lens. Recommended the best for us after listening. Made sure we got best deal with our insurance and AAA/AARP. She combined them. Extremely patient as my wife and I can’t make decisions quickly.
I had a wonderful experience today with Michelle at LensCrafters Avalon. I tried on so many glasses, and she helped me pick out a pair that I loved. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. She was simply fantastic. I will be back!
