I needed a new pair of glasses to replace a pair lost on vacation. I called and spoke to Amy who was very helpful. Luckily, I had my Rx and she was able to tell me that they could get me a new pair that day. We made our way there and although the store had many other customers as we walked in, she greeted me by name! I picked out a new pair of frames and she told me that they would text me when they were finished in an hour or two. We browsed the mall and were on our way to another store when Jack the optician saw us walking by and told me the glasses were finished and it only been 45 minutes. Amanda got them fitted for me properly and we were on our way back to our vacation. Highly recommended.

I would like to commend everyone that works so hard, especially through covid and now a disaster To update from September 2025: Ive been visiting this office for many years and I must say, this visit was by far the best yet. Ive visited for an eye exam on today for an afternoon appointment. I had arrived a little late due to traffic and I called ahead to notify. They were very understandable and very kind! The pre-screen test was very easy and fun. I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Hartman. He is a phenomenal doctor! Very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I recommend him to anyone who needs an eye exam. Very thorough and easy. As for the sales, I had the pleasure to meet with Ro and Jack. I felt as if ive known them for a lifetime with how well we conversed with great talks and laughs. The time flew by too quick where I felt it was too soon to leave since the experience was that wonderful! For those who read this, i really appreciate your above and beyond service. This Lenscrafters location remains very special to me! I am looking forward to my next visit again.

Our first day on Maui my daughter lost her glasses down the elevator shaft. We were able to get her prescription from home and Saturday morning showed up at LensCrafters. Amy was there, checked to make sure they had her prescription lenses in stock, her prescription wasn’t a typical one, and helped us get frames. Less than an hour later my daughter’s new glasses were ready to go! We are so thankful to Amy and JD who helped us.

I lost a screw on my prescription sunglasses and Jack repaired them in two minutes. I am truly thankful for his help. Then he assisted my Friend with her sunglasses and adjusted them too! Thank you so much! I truly appreciate your kindness and help!

Angela was such a trooper she was so patient and helpful in finding me a frame that really makes me feel good and comfortable in. This is my first pair of glasses and experience with choosing one. I did select one and it came in but wasn't what I expected it to be. With the 30 day exchange program I was able to exchange it for something a little more unique and for me.
