I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters thanks to Olivia! I brought in my favorite Ray-Ban sunglasses after they had been stepped on and I honestly thought they were beyond repair. Olivia took the time to carefully adjust the frames right in front of me and I couldn't believe how great they looked afterward. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable and you could tell she genuinely cared about helping me. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain my options and made sure I left happy. Thank you, Olivia, for bringing my favorite sunglasses back to life! You definitely earned a loyal customer.

Awsome experience from the moment I walked in till I walked out. Dr. Lin provided great information and explained to me in a simple manner what is going on with my eyes. However it was Jazlyn that was so incredibly helpful, figuring out best options, no pressure suggestions. Mel, even though I wasn't working directly with her just fantastic too. Both understand the importance of the customer experience and provided an exceptional one! Thank you!

Today on 04/24 we visited Jackie here whom might I add is a great saleswoman. Truly help my picky guy choose the right glasses for him. She was so patient and knew exactly what he was looking for. Truly thankful for her amazing work! Way to go Jackie, keep up your hard work girly!!

Everything went very well up until 1 hour after selecting glasses, I changed my mind and wanted another pair of frames and was told that I had to wait for the pair I ordered to come in because or couldn’t be canceled. I’m sure that the lab didn’t start my glasses in 1hour.. should be able to cancel. Disappointing that I now have to wait the original time for these to come in then another 2+ weeks for the other frame. Other than that- all was good.

My husband came to bring my daughter to get her contacts. They scheduled an appointment for her to do the “prep” to make sure she was going to be able to do it on her own. I missed the appointment and when I called to rescheduled they told me there was no appointments available until the weekend because someone had to be with her to teach her. They gave her a tablet set a video and left her alone with me than once we were done putting them on they left us there for 30 minutes. I told the associate that we were done and no one addressed us. I don’t recommend this place due to the lack of customer service. One of them was walking around others on their phone and I was not being helped.
