Great service. I took in a pair of glasses, they adjusted them and even replaced the nose pieces. They were extremely nice and helpful. They got the fit just right. They also have great prices with my insurance. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the service and price. Ashley is the person who helped me. She is so helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.
Tristan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about glasses fitting and repair. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience easy. I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him!
Pretty disappointed as someone from another store recommended LensCrafters to me, I wanted in and got no helped whatsoever. Not even a hello when I walked in the store. There was one employee helping one lady when I walked in. But the employee didn’t acknowledge me at all. So I just left and won’t be back.
The customer service from Lacey & Maddie was stellar! They were knowledgeable and efficient. If you’re looking for a new place to purchase glasses, LensCrafters in Bradley Fair is definitely worth a visit!
