She was incredibly kind and patient with my kids, making the entire process smooth and stress-free—something that really matters when you’re shopping for eyewear as a family. What truly stood out was her willingness to help us find the best value. She got our frames done at nearly half the cost compared to BJ's Wholesale Club, without compromising on quality at all. That level of honesty and customer-first approach is rare. On top of that, the flexibility she offered was amazing—knowing that I can replace the frames anytime if the prescription changes gives me real peace of mind. Nadine went above and beyond, and I’d highly recommend asking for her if you visit LensCrafters. She made the whole experience easy, affordable, and genuinely pleasant!

Great store ! Arthur and Trish were of great help during my last visit to this store for a new pair of glasses. I have shopped for glasses at this same store in the past with other sales associates and everyone in this store is very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this store as they provide outstanding service to their customers.

I worked with Arthur, who is a sales person in the Natick/framing ham store. He was very thoughtful in selecting potential glasses for me, communicated very well, and made the whole experience worthwhile. He compared various offers to my insurance plan and gave me the best price for my two pairs of glasses. I would recommend Arthur very highly to anyone looking to purchase new frames.

Poor service. There was lady who said lenscraft coupons work and when I was paying asked to add coupons, she is like no it works only for special lenses. This was first lie/ bad experience I had then when I came to collect the glasses. I waited 2 hours to just collect glasses which I already paid money. When I entered to collect I was told someone will come attend you soon. No one came to attend for more than 15 mins. I went to ask then they told me it will take few min someone come get you. Then telling me go home and come some-other time to collect. Pathetic service.
