I came in to have my glasses repaired, even though I did not purchase them from this store. Amelia was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful-fixed my glasses, cleaned them for me, and made sure everything was comfortable before I left. Amelia was also very patient and friendly when I called ahead. I truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend this store. Thank you so much, Amelia!

I recently visited to replace the lenses for my sunglasses, and Amanda was incredibly helpful! She assisted me with changing the lenses without any service charge and even gave me a helpful “Lens 101” to better understand how to care for them. She was so kind, patient, and professional. I truly appreciate her outstanding service and highly recommend her!
Worst place to ever go to get your glasses. They don't even put a lot of effort into getting the measurements, they told me a certain frame would work when I questioned them n they said it be fine. Which it wasn't. The lense was too small-needed progressive lenses. They put additional features on the glasses as well not informing me that it had been done. My whole order was over $300 n it was nothing but a hassle trying to get the glasses. Had to return the first pair so I got my money back on the second. Went somewhere else n waiting on picking them up as of next week. I do not recommend this place. They take your money n don't even tell u what's been added. If I could give no stars I would have.
I assumed nothing could go wrong with getting new lenses, so I decided to visit the nearest store. Unfortunately, I had to adjust my lenses multiple times and continued to experience headaches whenever I wore my glasses. The store representatives seemed more focused on sales than on providing knowledgeable guidance about frames and lenses. It ended up being a waste of $450, plus an additional $200 out of pocket. I would not recommend LensCrafters.
Your Staff and especially Amanda Denney was terrific .. I received 40% discount on each of my two prescriptions and she was very knowledgeable and had great personal contact .. This is the second time my wife and I was greeted by Amanda and cannot say enough about LensCrafters products and customer service
