I had a great experience here! I lost the screw from my glasses, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. They fixed my glasses quickly and didn’t want to charge me anything. Customer service was outstanding friendly, professional, and very efficient. I truly appreciate their generosity and would highly recommend them!

Kailen, was very kind. She was very knowledgeable and help me kindly to fix my glasses. I had time to look around and tried different glasses on me. All of them are very good quality and very beautiful. Please stop by and ask for help here. Very worth it!!! :)
Excellent service! Dominic was very friendly and adjusted my glasses quickly. He was welcoming, professional, and made the whole experience easy. My glasses fit perfectly now, and there was no charge for the adjustment. Thank you, Dominic!
Kailin was excellent and repaired my glasses within minutes. She is very nice, quick and helpful. Definitely should come here if you need new glasses or help with your current ones!
Can I say enough good things about this place? NO. Every time I think about my experiences there I find something new to be happy about. Yes they might be more expensive than other places but considering the level of service you receive it's well worth it. The staff is very kind informative and patient especially with old people like me. They seem to be multilingual and very eager to please every person that walks in the door. The manager Stephanie is always on the ball attending to everything watching everything and pretty much knows everything at least I think so. She always seems to know to ask all the right questions to get to what your real needs are. You will not get that at Costco . I broke my frames and brought them to another LensCrafters . The very competent manager at that location JJ who sold me the frames was not there that day thus I was given the wrong information.CSR that day told me I had to buy new frames. I brought them to Wellington Circle and Stephanie looked up my account and told me that I had had a warranty plan and I only need to pay a deductible. And could get a whole new set of frames and lenses for a small deductible. I had forgotten about my insurance plan is very important to know. Both Stephanie and JJ exquisitly groomed ( as are rest of staff) professionals, well-trained and polished. They know their inventory and are very helpful when it comes to picking out frames. The small difference in price between LensCrafters and other places is worth investing in. You might pay a little bit more but you'll get a lot more back in terms of service and attention. I have Mac deg in both eyes and I'm very self-conscious about it sometimes I don't recognize people that I just talked to if I'm not wearing the right glasses. Not fun. Everyone here helped make me feel comfortable. No pressure. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else even if I couldn't get a little bit of a break on the price elsewhere. Not worth it. These guys are the best and worth every penny.
