Kalin was incredibly kind and helpful! She quickly fixed my sunglasses, cleaned them for me, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I really appreciated how friendly and attentive she was. Five-star service!

Stopped in at Natick Mall LensCrafters with new Raybans ordered on line that arrived way too loose and Rayban refused to help or adjust because they were a custom order. A very personable and competent optometrist saw the issue with the glasses immediately and proceeded to adjust with their specialized equipment and completely resolved the problem! This is excellent customer service, and I wasn’t even a customer! A very professional organization with excellent employees!
While it was frustrating getting my glasses lens shattered by the LensCrafters employee I asked to simply adjust my frame, LensCrafters is usually beneficial. I usually appreciate the dedicated work they and the optometrists in the store's Lickteig Family Eyecare back section deliver, as they are incredibly polite and get me all the eye knowledge snd products I need—even if it's all quite pricey.
I brought an absolutely destroyed frame and Kalin was so nice to bring it back to life. Great people, great costumer service!
Walked in with wonky progressive glasses purchased in the internet. I could not see clearly with them. Kalin took the time to adjust the fit, inspect the lenses and made recommendations on a plan going forward. All free of charge and without judgement for going the cheap internet route. Highly recommend!!
