Made my eye exam appointment online..easy. Appointment was today. I was greeted immediately upon entering. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating.The young lady who did my eye test was very cool and nice. Dr. Klein was very friendly and knowledgeable and went over everything that the exam covered. The frame selection was great; took me about 10 minutes to find the one. Bobbi was awesome in assisting me with ordering my glasses. I had a very good experience and left Lens Crafter’s.. a happy customer. I was informed that my glasses would take up to 10 days or sooner. Cannot wait to pick up my new frames.

Awesome, the sales lady and the assistant to the eye doctor both were very pleasant and helpful. They were also extremely professional and Awesome customer service. The doctor was also great, gave detailed information and wonderful care. I recommend this store to anyone who is looking for great customer service.

I recently visited Owings Mills LensCrafters, and I received outstanding service. My eyewear sales attendant Isaiah was very professional and knowledgeable of eyewear and various brands and perfect fittings. Isaiah went over plans that Lens Crafters offers which encouraged me to return for future eyecare and glasses. I will also bring my family for eyecare, Thank you Lens Crafters and Isaiah!!

Not the same at all!!!!! Been coming for eye exams sense my kids were in middle school now they’re grown, never had a problem; and it’s just with the purchase side called to find out when I was due for Frames and lenses took me they can’t look it up call my insurance company never had to call the insurance company smh what happen to great customer service

I had a horrible experience here in 2026, I had previously had a good experience 3 years ago but I think that it has really gone downhill. I was told to pay in full and did so, I then heard absolutely nothing for a while. I called after a few of weeks and I had not heard from them thinking that I had missed a call or text as it had passed the time I was told o would receive my new glasses. When o called, I was put on hold, then was told that my order had been cancelled and they didn’t know why but I should have been contacted but they would now try to get it reinstated. The young man who spoke to me was very nice and seemed genuinely flabbergasted at the incompetence of the others that worked here — I have still not been refunded or received glasses. Please go elsewhere.
