There’s only so many amazing things you can say about a location however, LensCrafters is an amazing place from the store manager Kat down the way to Cameron the sales person. Everyone is amazing. Wendy is whimsical wonder. She is great great great. You go in with everyone speaking you leaving out feeling like you need to give everyone a hug.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just got off the phone with Cindy and genuinely felt the need to stop what I was doing and leave a review. She was absolutely phenomenal to deal with—friendly, patient, helpful, and made the entire conversation incredibly easy. Great customer service seems harder and harder to come by, so when someone goes above and beyond and leaves that kind of impression, I believe they deserve to be recognized for it. Cindy is an absolute asset to LensCrafters and deserves the recognition. Thank you again, Cindy!
Many frames to choose from, eye exam was through and didn't take long, good customer service. Also exam for contracts prices were reasonable some frames were a little costly
Everyone was very nice and helpful at the Southland location. Thorough test and explained so I could understand exactly what is going on with my eyes. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend.
All was well and good until I got my glasses.$410.00. Had issues so I returned and was told I could use a magnifier glass! Are you kidding me????? After $410, I think the prescription should have been correct. Got a new exam, and had to wait for several days to pick up new lenses. Was told it would take thirty minutes. Got there as soon as they opened and was told it would be two hours. Besides all that, Dr Sherry had attitude because I had to go back.All because she didn’t prescribe properly. I’m sure they will make it without my business . But I will tell everyone how poorly they operate. On a side note, the sales person was perfect!
