Great caring people. Wendy & Jackie at the Kalispell MT store went above & beyond. I forgot my spare pair of contacts at home had 700 miles to drive with no contacts, no prescription. They contacted my optometrist to get my prescription and provided me a pair at no charge for my trip home. Thank you Jackie, Wendy & Thank You Lens Crafters

This was my first time at LensCrafters. The doctor at this location was very nice and it was an easy appointment. The women in the eyeglasses area were really nice but i believe they are working on commission so just be careful. When they thought we didn’t have insurance she so wanted to guide me over to the more expensive glasses constantly. She never gave me time to just look for myself but was always constantly behind nagging. I had to tell keep telling her I will look around and I’m trying to go my own pace. We do have insurance (the same insurance we have had for the last 6 years and LensCrafters was in network and was a preferred provider. Somehow even without tax the total bill was coming OVER what I normally pay. I am very good with insurance and my insurance ONLY has copays. My husband and I combined each pay $30 TOTAL every single year. Lens crafters was coming out to $40. Yes it is only a $10 difference and you probably will read this and say “but it’s only $10 just pay the $10” that’s exactly what companies like this WANT you to say. If it’s an extra $10 per person that comes through imagine all the extra money total people have paid because “it’s just an extra $10”. For those who do not know their insurance could have been charged even more but wouldn’t know. ( word of advice please know your insurance:) ) I did try to ask the lady where the extra $10 is coming from and she just sat there dumbfounded and couldn’t give me an answer. It had to have been a snuck in fee of some sort. Anyways we took our prescriptions and We went to Eyemart and got our glasses for the $30 :) ! Wouldn’t recommend LensCrafters but would recommend the independent doctor on the site

I was surprised by the wonderful treatment my husband, Roebrt Winn, received, Walking into lens crafters it was nice to see the cleanliness of the area. We were greeted with a friendly smile, before being ushered in for eye exam The doctor was efficient knowledgeable and also friendly. The exam was done with the doctor expalining eacch step. He then referred my husband to an eye surgeon without trying to sell him something. We were impressed by that, We definitley would reccomend the Lens Crafters in Kalispell Center Mall.

What a great experience I had. First off they were able to get me in on super short notice (broke my glasses). Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. When I walked in I was met with smiling faces. Everyone was so nice and it made my time there really enjoyable. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff that helped me with my new Work glasses. They are going to be perfect for those long days on Flathead Lake!! LETS GO FISHING EVERYONE 😎🎣 Captain Ross Fish On Charters Lakeside Mt

I contacted LC in Kalispell today for a price on two new pair of glasses. The CSR, while polite was less than helpful. I have been getting my glassess there for over 10 years and it apparently was too much trouble for the CSR to get the information from me or the file from the last two pair I got and quote me the cost. Sure seems to me that the same questions would be asked if I was in the store or on the phone, but was overly complicated for the CSR. I asked Warby Parker same questions and they gave me a price range and full explanation in a few minutes with the options that would affect the price. I am going back to WP as it was not too much trouble for their CSR to help me!
