Larissa in the front helped me pick out my frames and was so helpful, Dr. Marina Megalla was straight forward and quick with the process. Also she answered all my questions regarding glaucoma and preventative actions taken. It was informative, and Larissa along with her co-worker were warm and friendly, she even helped me decide with frames fit best with my head shape. Will definitely be returning!

She was incredibly helpful, patient, professional, and genuinely made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Kim took the time to walk me through my options, explain everything clearly, and help me get exactly what I needed without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. She was also extremely helpful with my insurance benefits and made sure I understood what I was getting and what I was paying for. Customer service like this is becoming harder to find, and Kim absolutely went above and beyond. She was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and made what could have been a confusing process completely stress-free. I left feeling very confident about my new glasses and extremely happy with the service I received. LensCrafters is lucky to have her. Wonderful and very friendly! The salesperson was willing to answer any questions and I could tell they weren’t looking to just make a sale and rush me out. She even had called over another associate to see the best possible price for my lenses and frames with all the added extras. Would highly recommend the Garden State Plaza location!

Seriously — this is the kind of customer service that makes you want to tell everyone you know about a place. Diyaneh went so far above and beyond that it honestly felt like VIP treatment from the second I walked in. She was unbelievably knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely kind. You can instantly tell she takes enormous pride in what she does and truly cares about every customer who walks through the door. She somehow made the whole process effortless and enjoyable, which is not something people usually say about shopping for glasses. What really stood out was how attentive and detail-oriented she was. She helped me find frames that looked amazing, gave honest recommendations, and made sure everything fit perfectly. No rushing, no pressure — just exceptional service and expertise. The entire store clearly runs smoothly because of her leadership. The staff was welcoming, organized, and upbeat, and that kind of environment starts at the top.
