LensCrafters

For many years, my husband and I were loyal customers of LensCrafters on Route 4. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years, we noticed that the customer service and overall attention from the staff just wasn't the same as what we had come to expect. Because of that, we decided to give this location a try, and we're so glad we did! Michael and J.C. provided exceptional customer service from the moment we walked in. They were attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right options. When you're spending nearly $1K out-of-pocket on glasses, that level of service really matters. They also took the time to review our vision plan and explained the promotions and options available, helping my husband get the features he needed at the best possible value. We never felt rushed or pressured, just well taken care of. We haven't had our eye exams at this location yet, but based on this experience, we're definitely looking forward to scheduling them here. Thank you, Michael and J.C., for making our experience such a positive one. We left the store feeling confident in our purchase and truly appreciated as customers. - Lissette

I love this Lens Crafters. I’ve dealt with different employees over the past two years and all have been wonderful. Michael helped me pick out glasses and I really appreciated his help. Honest feedback and an understanding what I was looking for made the process quick, painless and even enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend this LensCrafters and Michael to friends and family.

As my first experience at this location, I have to say it was absolutely top-notch! After being a customer at the Route 4 location for many years, I recently became disappointed with my experiences there. During my last few visits, I felt that the staff was not as patient or attentive as they used to be, and I often left feeling like my questions about my plan and options were not fully addressed. I am so glad I decided to give this location a try and had the pleasure of meeting J.C. and Michael. From the moment I walked in, they provided exceptional customer service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to understand my needs. Since I spend many hours working on a computer, they helped me find the best option for my eyesight while also considering my personal style and preferences. What stood out the most was their willingness to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and make sure I felt confident with my decision. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the entire experience enjoyable, especially considering I was making a significant investment in my eyewear. Thank you, J.C. and Michael, for going above and beyond and for restoring my confidence in the LensCrafters experience. I truly appreciate your excellent customer service and will definitely be coming back to this location from now on. Highly recommend!

Julie and the team at the Rt 17 Paramus store are the best...4 pairs w/ prescript lenses over 2 years and the store worked to ensure each pair was perfect! Worked with me to get best prices too. No other shop or Lenscrafters location comes close...i know, i came here when the rest failed. ThankYou!!

Josue made great recommendations, and even suggested the blue filter lens when I mentioned I wear glasses mostly for work. Pricing was reasonable, and the turn around was really fast (they said 5-7 days, I received them in 2!) Great experience at Lens Crafters!
