Lenscrafters is always a great place to get glasses. They are helpful, it is clean, there is never a wait. Erica went above and beyond to help me. I brought the wrong prescription and she called my eye doc to get the correct one. She was very nice and so helpful.
Very pleased with the LensCrafters company in general and the Paramus Mall NJ store in particular. Representative extremely knowledgeable, very helpful with a great attitude to help a customer to find the best match for my needs. A pleasure to visit this store, highly recommended! Thanks!
Visited LensCrafters in Paramus Park Mall with my Mom last week. We came in to fit her for new glasses. Found the staff to be so professional and courteous. Erica assisted my Mom in picking out new glasses. She was extremely helpful and personable and provided us with all the various options regarding frames, lenses, and pricing. She explained everything very clearly and even contacted my Mom's eye doctor to obtain further prescription information for her lenses. Erica made the whole process so seamless and stress-free. Great experience! We had also come in for an adjustment to 2 pairs of glasses and had a wonderful experience with the staff there as well.
We have been coming to this LensCrafters location for the past two years, entirely because of the incredible service we receive from Narine. Finding the perfect glasses for a toddler is hard enough, but our daughter has strabismus and needs bifocals, which makes finding the right fit and sizing even more critical. Narine is absolutely wonderful with her. She is the reason this specific location is an absolute no-brainer for all our family's vision needs. We can't recommend her highly enough!
