Great location; it is very clean, organized and has a large selection of frames for both glasses and sunglasses! The staff is knowledgeable, and were very helpful with all my questions. I was able to find the perfect frame for my prescription glass as well as a pair of sunglasses. I will come back to this location for all my glasses needs!

I had an excellent experience with LensCrafters. I first called the store to ask about my daughter's prescription lenses and whether my vision insurance would cover them. They answered all of my questions, so I decided to visit the store in person. A special thank you to Adiva for her outstanding customer service. She took the time to explain my daughter's prescription lens options, how my insurance benefits would apply, and the differences between the available products. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything before making a decision. Compared to other optical offices and eye clinics I contacted, many were much more expensive and either didn't accept my insurance or couldn't clearly explain my options. Adiva made the entire process easy, stress-free, and informative. She was also very kind and welcoming to my daughter. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend LensCrafters, especially if you want honest guidance, clear explanations, and someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the best option for your family.
I purchased my pair of progressive glasses at the LensCrafters on Route 4 in Paramus. The purchase was easy and the salesperson friendly. She did look for the best discount available for my purchase. I asked to make a lens change a few days after and it was done with no problem.
It was a good experience. Went for an eye exam. They were friendly and my insurance was calculated and helped me purchase a brand new pair of eye glasses. Was done within a week and picked them easy peasy. Would recommend. The only issue I saw was that it was a little pricey but I haven't been to an eye wear store in some time and I guess everything costs more nowadays. Even with insurance I still paid over $200 for a pair of glasses but they did have prescriptions lenses so I assume that's not a bad price and they are Ray-Bans
I’m a longtime Lens Crafters customer but the new manager Bailey is an extremely incompetent manager, instead of prioritizing paying customers with appointments she forgets to get there’s work done. I had to miss my plans with family because this management was to unprofessional to have the promised job done at the time of my appointment.
