My wife just got a new eye prescription from her optometrist so we have been visiting vision stores to find the perfect frame. She likes the frames from Lindberg of Denmark. This is a beautiful and large store located on the corner of 3rd and 49th. We were greeted immediately and directed to the section of Lindberg on the left side near the back. Beautiful frames. Unfortunately, they did not have the exact frame my wife is interested in. So we looked around at all the other beautiful frames. Did not make a purchase this time but we will definitely be back to look again. Beautiful store and very professional staff. A great experience.

I visited with a last‑minute appointment after a contact lens issue, and every person I interacted with was incredibly kind and reassuring. The staff member who checked me in and did the initial prep was gentle and attentive, and made me feel calm right away. Dr. Rodriguez was patient, gentle and very thorough, and made sure I felt completely at ease. She carefully checked and confirmed that my eye wasn’t injured, which was such a relief. I really appreciated how much attention she gave to aftercare as well. Even the checkout experience felt warm and considerate. This has been the most positive and comforting experience I’ve ever had. I’m truly grateful for how well I was treated today.

I have always had glasses and have always used lens crafter. This particular store on 49th street and 3rd Avenue, as I'm sure all the other stores are very, very, very friendly, always ask me questions and are always trying to accommodate me. My most recent visit, even the gentle manager came over to make sure things are running smoothly. I really did appreciate that great hospitality and customer service.

This LensCrafters has great service, looks and feels upscale. They have a great selection of frames including high end brands like Lindbergh and designer, especially for NYC. Ivis helped me out with servicing my frames and did an excellent job!
