Doctor was awesome and thorough. He conducted the exam efficiently and explained everything in detail. He was personable and made the entire process very comfortable. This may have been the best eye exam I ever had. Furthermore, Aina (who is totally cool!!!) was instrumental in helping me select two new frames for daily wear and frequent computer use. She was very patient while we went through many styles and colors. Once frames were selected, she helped me navigate the myriad choices available for frames with detailed explanation on the benefits of each one. She balanced my desires with my insurance and personal budget, and we successfully found a match that worked within my budget. I just picked up the glases yesterday ( they were ready in under a week) and eveything is perfect. I was amazed at the difference from my old pair that were only 2 years old. I am very pleased with the service I received at this location. Oh, did I mention that I just walked in off the street without an appointment and the team worked some magic to squeeze me in. Lydia? A star. A magnificent optician. She helped me choose the perfect pairs of glasses, including a pair I never would've picked. We had so much fun, she was incredibly professional, and took amazing care of me.

LensCrafters is a great place to get your glasses. I'm kind of rough on my glasses because of the way I work. LensCrafters always takes care of if I need an adjustment or a nose piece replaced. It's a great company and highly recommend them. They have great prices and quality glasses. Thank You LensCrafters

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at LensCrafters on Miamisburg-Centerville Road in the Dayton Mall, and it all started with a chance conversation. I first met a gentleman named Mario, who I later learned is the assistant manager at this location. I complimented him on the glasses he was wearing and jokingly mentioned that it would be even better if they were actually prescription. He smiled and told me they were prescription and said if I was serious about that particular model, I should stop by his store and check them out. They were the Ray-Ban Wayfarer smart glasses that record video, and I was immediately intrigued. When I stopped in, Mario was helping another client, but he made sure I was taken care of and introduced me to Liz, who turned out to be incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Liz carefully walked me through the sizing details, making sure the millimeter fit was correct and that the frames sat perfectly once I selected the pair I liked. She took the time to explain the entire process so I felt completely confident in my decision. The biggest surprise came when Liz checked my insurance and let me know that the glasses were partially covered. I originally thought this location wasn’t even on my insurance provider list, so that was an awesome bonus. Between Mario’s initial recommendation and Liz’s outstanding customer service, the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled, and now I’m counting down the days until my new glasses arrive in about 10 days. If you’re looking for knowledgeable staff, great service, and a team that genuinely cares about getting things right, this LensCrafters location is absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommend.

This was my 1st experience visiting Lencrafters, Centerville, Ohio. Shortly after entering the store I was greeted by Margeau. She was working with another customer and excused herself to wecolme me. She gave me a glasses box and directed me to the area to look at frames then went directly back to the customer she was originally helping. When I finished choosing 5 frames that I was intrested in (about 10 minutes later) she directed me to a seat while she finished with her current customer. Margeau was very professional and knowledgeable, working with me to get my new persciption and account set up. She was very personable and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend this Lencrafters store and definitely highly recommend Margeau. Respectfully thank you.
