Hassan was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I really appreciate his patience, professionalism, and great hospitality. He made the entire experience much more pleasant and is a wonderful employee. While I didn’t feel that the ladies at the front desk were particularly welcoming, Hassan truly made up for that with his kindness and excellent customer service. I came in for an eye exam and to get glasses, and I’m grateful for the positive experience he provided.

We were greeted and helped just about immediately as we walked in. Staff was so helpful, friendly and understanding. No pressure regarding any choices but all options were explained in detail. All our questions were willingly answered and we were able to pick and choose exactly what we wanted. Hassan was amazing! Walked us though everything and did it again willingly when we came back the next day. Can't recommend highly enough. Shopped around and came back as the other stores didn't meet the experience we had at LensCrafters. Thank you for your help and kindness, Hassan. You have very grateful customers!

I went to countless stores in my search for glasses with no luck. Very grateful Janet was there to help me find a pair. Thank you Janet! I wouldn’t have found a pair without you. Yanni was very nice as well:) They’ve got a good team at this location.

Everyone was very nice and very helpful. The glasses I chose were not exactly how I wanted them to be , but they were able to make some adjustments to make them just right. Most important to me is they have continued to offer choices that will appeal to everyone. For example, I wanted rimless glasses. Not everyone is carrying them any longer. I do not need an eye company who is making choices for me as to what is fashionable and what is not fashionable, I think I can decide that for myself. Thank you Lens Crafters for keeping my option open!!

I came in 30 min before they closed on a Saturday to try on some frames. Janet and Hassan were very patient and they helped me find what I was looking for. Great service.
