I had a very positive experience with LensCrafters during multiple visits, selecting and picking up glasses and sunglasses. They have a nice and expansive selection of frames. The assistant manager, Nick Kopy, was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.
I had the pleasure of being helped with my glasses selection by Nick. He rocked it! I ended up choosing both the eyeglass and sunglass frames that Nick picked out for me. He had an excellent eye for what looks good and based it on my goals as well e.g. not too big). He was really nice and knowledgeable and made this THE BEST eyeglass shopping experience i have ever had. Usually it's so hard to decide on frames, but as soon as he gave me the ones he thought would look good, bingo! He explained everything, from my insurance coverage down to the details of the receipt.
Lenscrafter has always been a favor of mine as I have worn glasses my entire life the staff is always friendly and helpful. Great Place to pick out new lenses and new frames. I look forward to receiving my new glasses that I ordered today.
After only 8 months my prescription changed so I had buy new lenses for my nuance and sunglasses. Nick put together a reasonable price package for me and saved me some money! I really appreciate the service he provided and this is why I always use my local LensCrafters store!

She takes her time in reviewing my glasses and lens history and makes the best recommendations of new glasses for my needs and goals. I'm thanful for the EyeMed insurance coverage I have and the additional promotions that Lens Crafters always runs.
