This is a great store with a wide selection. One of the employees (Shilo) completely went out of their way to help me. They were very professional, patient, and genuinely cared about an issue I had. Exceptional service. Everyone was so friendly!
I was new to LensCrafters; they’re under the umbrella of my insurance. My first interaction was with Shilo. He thoughtfully worked to make sure I got all I needed using policy discounts; Got the perfect pair of Ray Bands for me. Several months later, I went to the new Hollywood location after I dropped and damaged my glasses. The Store Manager, Harry, helped me get my problem taken care on the spot—easily and professionally. The whole team at LensCrafters Hollywood is top notch. I look forward to going back.
Really great new shop, bought a recent pair of Ray Bans, the Mega Wayfarer ASAP Rocky edition at this location. The shop itself is really friendly and inviting and they have a rad selection of sunglasses and eye frames plus the manager and staff are really helpful! Great addition to the Hollywood neighborhood :)
