LensCrafters

I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters in Monroeville, and India made it even better! I stopped in to pick up my Meta glasses, and she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything fit perfectly and that I knew how to get the most out of my new glasses. She answered all of my questions with patience and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and India is a perfect example of how it should be done. If you're visiting the Monroeville LensCrafters, I highly recommend asking for her. She turned a simple pickup into an outstanding experience. Thanks again, India!

Everyone here was so kind and so helpful. Jackie greeted me as I came through the door. I told her what a type budget I was on and she was very helpful in getting me the type of glasses I wanted within my budget. Doctor B was very thorough and helpful and explained everything to me as we went through the exam. They made me feel very comfortable and welcoming. I would highly recommend this office for your next pair of glasses.

I had a great experience at Lens Crafters in Monroeville choosing my new frames. Steven was so helpful in helping me choose the right frames to suit my face, which can sometimes be hard. It is good to have a second opinion and Steven was very honest. This was about my 3rd time at Lens Crafters and I have always had a wonderful experience there from the service and the friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Steven was incredibly helpful. He gave me multiple options to try and fit my budget, and another employee adjusted my current glasses before I decided to make purchase. I would definitely recommend this location, the employees are great.

Went there to buy some meta glasses fir my son's birthday and it was great. When we went Anthony Steven and India were all such a great help. I will definitely go back and recommend anyone there.
