I had a fantastic experience at this LensCrafters, specifically thanks to the outstanding service provided by Theunis. ​He did an incredible job breaking down all of my lens and frame options, making the entire process incredibly clear and easy to understand. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by choices, I felt confident and well-informed about exactly what I was purchasing. Theunis was professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable. Danny, the optometrist, provided exceptional service. His demeanor was impeccable, and he dedicated time to engaging in conversation. He expressed curiosity regarding my surname and its potential origins. We also discussed my maiden name, and he showed interest in its Italian roots. He shared valuable information about traveling to Europe that I was previously unaware of. He was highly informative and attentively addressed my inquiries about my eye examination. Danielle demonstrated excellent knowledge in her role and skillfully created a comfortable atmosphere for customers entering the store while assisting me with my glasses selection. Overall, it was a truly delightful experience conducting business there.

I can not speak highly enough of Will. He was fantastic and patient with our daughter who is very particular. He also went above and beyond helping my other daughter and husband with problems with their glasses! We will definitely be back and want him to help us each time!!

I visited Lens crafters yesterday and I was greeted with the nicest employees. I told Nicole my glasses needed a adjustment..she was with another customer, but as soon as she finished she immediately helped me. She looked at my glasses and indeed they were in need of an adjustment. She worked in them and it did not take her but a few minutes. While I was waiting I picked out some new frames and she helped me narrow down my.choices. I plan to go back soon to get my new glasses. I have always had great experience there. NICOLE and her team are wonderful! Thank you all so much!

I had a very good experience at LensCrafters, Florence SC. I was waited on promptly by Vonda and she was extremely patient helping me pick out frames. I was impressed by their use of a computer app to adjust the focus of my eyes rather than the old way of measuring by hand.
