She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and informative throughout the entire process, making sure all of my questions were answered and that I felt confident in my decisions. What stood out most was her professionalism and genuine care. She is not only beautiful on the outside but also has a wonderful personality that shines through in every interaction. I really can’t say enough good things about my experience at LensCrafters, and honestly, if the length of this review doesn’t make it obvious, it’s entirely because of Kathleen! She was absolutely phenomenal. She truly went above and beyond, and the level of care and customer service she gave me was something I genuinely appreciated. I’ve been a longtime Warby Parker customer, but lately it has started to feel much more corporate and focused on streamlining everything. There’s nothing necessarily wrong with that, but it can take away from that personal feeling. My experience with LensCrafters was the complete opposite, and so much of that is because of Kathleen! She made the whole experience feel personal. She was kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me. I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer going through a process. She took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I was truly taken care of. It honestly made me really happy to have an experience like this! There are so many places where customer service can feel impersonal these days, so when someone goes out of their way to make you feel seen and taken care of, it really stands out. Kathleen is truly the reason I’m writing such a long review. She made what could have been a very ordinary experience feel genuinely wonderful, and LensCrafters is incredibly lucky to have her! I cannot recommend her enough. If you’re going to LensCrafters, ask for Kathleen. She’ll treat you right! I’m genuinely grateful for the experience she gave me.

Missy at the Empire Mall location in Sioux Falls was so great! She was so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, answering all of my questions and making the whole process enjoyable! I purchased 2 pairs of glasses today just as I had hoped and will definitely be returning in the future! Great Customer Service!

Kathleen was amazing!! After Walmart completely messed up my glasses while adjusting them, she took extra time and care, ensuring I could use my glasses again! Super pleased with her great service!

Great service! I went in to get some glasses adjusted that I had bought online. I was helped right away, and they now fit perfectly. The staff was very helpful and easy to work with. I would definitely go back.
