Latione was an absolute gem! I came to LensCrafters not as a client but in destitute in hopes that they would repair my glasses and she got me out of the door in 10 minutes. I'm so impressed I signed up for an appointment! Full marks no notes
From the moment I stepped in the store Latoine greeted me and asked me if I needed her help. I told why I was there and she handed me a tray and told me let her know if I had any questions. When I was done, she was very clear and helpful with selecting my lenses and other options. She made the whole process so easy and she reminded about the notifications I would receive when the glasses were ready.
We came Into LensCrafters to get new frames for me and my daughter. Walking in we were greeted by Fabian a wonderful and extremely helpful Staff member. He immediately went to work on getting all my information and explaining everything In detail. He helped find the right frames for my daughter and gave me room to find mine. Once we found the right frames, he made the experience quick and easy and explained everything quickly, clearly and in a timely manner. He was an amazing person and we will highly recommend Fabian to help you with any questions you have, I am 100% satisfied. Plus with my insurance, the prices were amazing. A great experience today!!
I cannot say enough great things about my experience at LensCrafters, and it's all because of Hope Mcintyre. She helped me from start to finish and made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly affordable. What I appreciated most was her refreshingly honest approach — unlike so many salespeople who load you up with options and upgrades you don't really need, Hope listened carefully and only suggested what was genuinely useful for my situation. Thanks to her, my final price came out significantly lower than what Target Optical had quoted me. I also ended up getting the AI glasses through LensCrafters, and she helped me navigate that process seamlessly. Yajayra provided the best experience I have had in my 20 years of shopping at Lencrafters. Picking out a pair of glasses when there are hundreds of frames to choose from is daunting. She was so helpful with her feedback. She looked at several pricing options to find the best price for me. I would highly recommend her if you need new glasses.
