Nicest ladies around - took 10 minutes to fix my daughters eye glasses and could not have been friendlier about it. Leaving all fixed up with a small on her face. Even gave us an extra screw in case we run into future problems! It was a very odd sized screw and they took the time to figure it out! Cannot thank them enough! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at LensCrafters this Sunday!! Came in to order a pair of Prada glasses and ended up staying way longer than expected in a good way. Dawn took care of me, and even though she’s newer, you’d never know it. She was patient, walked me through frames, discounts, and insurance with zero pressure, and made the whole thing easy and fun. Mary Lynn, the manager, was just as good. Great energy, jumped in when needed, and you can tell she runs a tight shop. Not your typical retail experience. Really appreciated it!! Thank you!!

I had a very good experience with LensCrafters and the cooperating optometrist, Dr. Tran. He listened to what I wanted and provided me with choices, which I appreciate. LaDonna was very helpful in providing what I wanted in a pair of inside glasses and sunglasses. She was great in working with me!

Dawn provided some of the best service I have ever had at lense crafters and I've been coming there for years.
