Thanks for a great experience! The associate that helped me, Gabriella, was lovely. I felt zero pressure to rush even though I was the last client of the day. Dr. Tristan was thorough and made sure all my questions were answered. Highly recommend!

Nicole was awesome! She helped me and answered any questions I had. I had issues with my insurance that lasted for a couple weeks but finally had it taken care of and when I went back in she remembered me and still had my information and was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Can't say enough of how much she helped. First time there but definitely won't be the last because of her!

I loved the people and the service provided but I had a hard time finding glasses I truly liked and I have never had to pay as much for a pair of glasses anywhere. They did give me extra discounts to give me the lowest price and tried to accommodate my budget. The glasses came faster than anywhere ive been before and that was really a plus. Overall, my experience was very good.

First time getting an eye exam at LensCrafters in Racine Gabby was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable about everything! Gabby customer service was 1000 out of 10 And I cannot wait to come back to this location with my next set of glasses!! All the staff were extremely friendly, including the doctor! I absolutely love their store!🥹💗🤞🏽 not only are the employees amazing but the standard of care is beyond compare! The two workers in store are also so welcoming getting glasses has become such a wonderful experience! This location & its workers are a 10/10 across the board! I believe Angela was who I interacted with such a gem an amazing at her job
