I do not recommend this place of business. I scheduled an appointment days in advance, spoke directly with someone on the phone, and took the time to complete all the intake forms online—including uploading all of my insurance information. The staff member even specifically asked me about my insurance while booking the appointment. However, after driving 20 minutes to get there, I walked in only to be told they don't even take my insurance. No one mentioned this to me on the phone, nor did anyone reach out after reviewing the online forms I submitted days prior. It was a complete waste of time and shows a total lack of communication and consideration for their patients.

The store is clean. Personel friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I felt there could of been more cost resonable frames for women. The biggest selection of frames were priced above most budgets. It has been 4 years since I had bought glasses, wow ! These will be treated with kid gloves! But I do like their protection plan and what it covers!!!
I do not recommend this place of business. We were mislead about insurance coverage. At first the girl working the desk couldn't find my insurance. She then said we were set to be seen, it would cost less than $50 out of pocket. I spoke up and said this is more than what I remember being charged for an eye exam. She said maybe something is different. This visit was different, we were seen for contacts and glasses. I thought this was the difference. Then when we checked out the total came to even more, little over double. I paid it because lenses were given as a trial period, thought this was the reason. The entire time we checked out she was in a conversation with another worker complaining about a patient she had been on the phone with. She gave me a receipt that showed I paid. I asked for an itemized receipt because its needed for records. We left the store swiftly to make another appt. I reviewed the reciept later that day and the receipt has me labeled as self pay and the insurance listed on the receipt is not my insurance. I reviewed my coverage and was not charged appropriately. I returned to the store to discuss this with the front desk girl. She said there was nothing she could do since it was already done. Turns out the store was no longer in network with my insurance. I just felt like this was very dishonest of her. Looking back at her behavior/things she said, its plainly apparent to me that she knew what she was doing. It was not a ton of money, but its the principle. I had repeatedly told her I had insurance and she had not problem checking me out self pay! I was advised by the eyeglass lady that I just need to file the receipt with my insurance myself and I would receive out of network coverage. This all should not have happened like this.
The lady at the front desk was very rude, uncaring, and seemed to be unhelpful. She was very dishonest with us about our insurance but led us to believe we were in network and sneakily added us as self pay. So be very careful when you come here. The doctor herself was very friendly and helpful, but the lady at the front desk was definitely a problem
Dr Maggie was very helpful, patient, polite, friendly, and kind. The secretaries who sit behind desk were very rude, impatient, unfriendly, and unkind.
