Love my glasses that I purchased from here in March. Came back recently to get a quick tune-up for loose bolts and Alexander assisted me right away. So grateful his kindness and quick assistance. Definitely my go to place. 5 star recommendation!
My wife needed her loops repaired/screw installation on short notice for dentistry on a Sunday afternoon. We stopped into this lens crafters with a hope. The manager Alexander was amazing and got them fixed. Very professional, understanding, and great to talk with. Thank you very much Alexander!!
Went into the store to fix the nose pad on my glasses, the staffs are super friendly, especially Ethan, who help me out and explains a lot about those beautiful AI glasses. Would recommend !
Some staff were lovely, others… charmingly awkward. The equipments were fine, but the exam rooms could use a little TLC, especially considering they “disinfect” surfaces with one thumb-sized lens cleaner, which felt more symbolic than effective. I came in for a very basic pair of glasses, office glasses which I can leave on my desk. Picked the cheapest frame. Simple. When they called with the price ($500+), I almost laughed and had to double-check I wasn’t accidentally buying designer eyewear. After removing all the add-ons (which I was not asked if i wanted them) thr price came down to $80+ excluding the eye exam. And then I was asked, “So you just want plastic?” Yes, yes. Plastic please. 😄 Almost three weeks later, the glasses arrived with a rainbow lens effect (unexpected, not magical) that made my eyes hurt, something I’ve never experienced with cheaper office glasses from actual optometry clinics. I’ll be sticking with my usual optometry clinics next time, even if this place is walking distance.
