Had a quick and easy experience. Went for an eye exam and Ricky helped me pick out both contacts and glasses that best suit me. The process was simple. Lens Crafters staff were extremely professional and kind. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

Great phone experience! I have a current prescription, and bought the best glasses I’ve ever had from the store six months ago. They were able to place an order for a second pair (I want an extra on hand), and they also ordered replacement lenses for another pair scratched by my child. It was very easy, and she was lovely to work with! Thank you!!!
I can’t recommend this LensCrafters location enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, friendly welcome by Maricela. That high level of service continued throughout the entire process—when I returned to pick up my glasses, I was helped by three different staff members, and every single one of them was welcoming and professional. Dr. Cindy Cesar was absolutely amazing. She took the time to truly listen to my eye concerns and provided helpful, expert advice. As someone who has bought glasses online in the past, the difference in quality is night and day. These lenses are far superior to anything I’ve received from an online shop. It’s an all-around fabulous location, and while it might cost a bit more than budget eye care shops, the quality and service make it worth every penny!
Miranda was absolutely fantastic! Made sure to show me several different styles of glasses. She made sure to break everything down for me and was very kind. These ladies were all absolutely amazing, helpful, and very kind. A great vibe in the store.
I paid more than $2000 for my prescription designer glasses and I purchased the insurance. After only 10 months, my lenses were scratched, and I went to the Crystal Lake store. The manager personally took my glasses and she said that I will get notification when the glasses are ready. Week after I got the notification, I went to the store and they handed me my old glasses completely untouched even left them dirty with the same scratches. Very unethical business. I sent an email to the corporate customer service and they never replied. I called the manager of the store, asking why they gave me back my old glasses, despite the fact that I paid the co pay. She replied” that happens once in five years”, she never apologize. My job requires traveling 90% of my time and 100% computer work for which I need good quality glasses. Apparently LensCrafters sold me worthless plastic glasses that cost me more than $2000. I had to go twice to the store despite my extremely busy schedule just to get my old scratch glasses. I will never ever be their customer, but I have to give a compliment to the guy with the Polish accent who sold me the glasses initially, I don’t know his name.
