Josh was incredibly helpful, and also knew instantly when I wanted to be left alone to do my own shopping, which I sincerely appreciated about him. Working with Josh was an authentically fun experience, and his presence at LensCrafters definitely elevates the overall value of the store. I forgot her name, but the young woman who led me through all my eye tests was also incredibly helpful today. She and Josh were both very personable and they both were the highlights of my experience at the store today. Thanks guys!

I went here with my mom to get her a few pairs of new glasses. We worked with Josh and he was WONDERFUL! Helped us find the best deal and gave honest and thoughtful opinions on the glasses we were deciding between. Truly great customer service. What we thought would be a lengthy process was very quick and enjoyable. Cannot recommend him enough.

I had a wonderful experience here. I stopped in to shop for new frames. Nicole was super warm and inviting. I explained the exact frame size and style I like and she saved me a ton of time by helping me narrow my search. I normally don’t find many I like but with her help I found numerous frames I loved. She made the experience very pleasant. I will be returning for sure!

I always love coming to LensCrafters! Have been coming my whole life. They are always incredibly kind and get me what I need. Today I worked with Jackie and Josh. Jackie was very patient with my exam and explained everything thouroughly. Josh helped guild me through what I was paying and made for an enjoyable chat/experience.
