Called and spoke with Sara on the phone and she was absolutely incredible with information on the store and what I can get done today. Amazing customer service. Came in just before close and was met by Kira and Joseph. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. They are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful and know how to talk to people. I came in looking for new lenses while also looking for repairs on some older ones. All of my needs were met right away, and I will 100% be back to THIS location for my future glasses and needed service. Amazing team here whoever hired them made a great choice!

I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! The store was very clean, organized, and welcoming, which made shopping for glasses such an enjoyable experience. They have a wonderful selection of frames and eyewear, with so many stylish, high-quality options to choose from. They also have amazing deals! My son and I each received 40% off our glasses, which made our experience even better. I really appreciated being able to get quality eyewear that we both loved at such a great value. The overall atmosphere of the store was comfortable and professional, and you can tell that the team takes pride in providing an excellent experience for their customers. Between the quality and selection of their glasses, the great deals, the clean and organized store, and the amazing customer service we received, LensCrafters has definitely earned my loyalty. Biggest pet peeve is when I got appointments at places and I'm still waiting 30 mins past appointment time to get called back. Now I have to call other future appoitments for today and tell them I'm going to be late or reschedule.. Do better Lens Crafters. Don't give out appointments if you can see customer at the time given

I had a fantastic experience at your store thanks to Joe who assisted me. I was overwhelmed by the choices, but he was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect frames for my face shape and budget. Joe clearly explained my lens options clearly and handled my insurance flawlessly without any high-pressure sales tactics. The entire process was quick, professional, and enjoyable. Sara was amazing to work with. Initially I came in with my best friend and wasn’t looking to get glasses, however, Sara was amazing and delivered exceptional service that I decided to do an eye exam and purchase a new pair of glasses even though my insurance was out of network, her customer service was well worth spending the extra money and I highly recommend asking to see her if you stop in at LensCrafters.
