Came in to see if they could fix my glasses only missing a small screw. The two ladies Ashley and Lena helped me and did not wanted to charge me, that is professional service at no cost! Only a google review? I would recommend this place for any glasses issues eather to buy or fix very good service and attitude. Thanks again!!!

Vex did a great job understanding my style and did what she could to keep the price in check. She offered up several frames within my price range while not compromising style. In the end I came out with my normal branded glasses and a pair of sunglasses I'd always thought would be way out of my range. In total, she came in about $20 under my budget. I couldn't be happier.

The first pick up of completed glasses required another exam to verify the prescription was correct as the glasses appeared to be made per the prescription which resulted in blurry distance vision. There was a small tweak in the 2nd prescription given, the glasses were picked up and after taking them home and trying them, there still seemed to be an issue with distance being as clear as the 2 year old prescription I was currently using. I returned to the store, the glasses were checked and they requested I come back later that day to have the doctor verify the prescription one more time. The doctor stated the prescription I was given was correct and made my vision 20/20. Went back out to the store side in which a few more tests were done, one including standing 10 feet from an eye chart that per scientific testing if I can read the line they pointed to it meant that I had 20/20 vision. I could read that sign. They adjusted my frames to fit better and I was on my way to better sight. But...out in the real world the distance is still blurry for me. There is a real estate sign in my neighbors yard that I can't clearly read from my driveway with my new glasses. With my 2 year old prescription I can read it. I'm choosing not to return these glasses, I can use them for reading and computer work. My 1 time a year eye exam has now been exhausted and I'm not able to use the prescription. I know the policy is satisfaction within 30 days but I feel like I'm not being heard in my concerns about distance clarity.

Hannah, the manager, was incredibly helpful and made me feel taken care of. I highly recommend visiting this location to get your new pair of glasses or sunglasses. I’m definitely a returning customer!

I went into the store a few days ago and left very frustrated. I wanted to buy Ray Ban AI glasses. I went back to the mall and went to Sunglass Hut. They told me I can only buy the glasses from them but had to take it across the way to have the prescription put on. They checked their inventory and they could not even get it for me because it was too new. I went across the way to the store and was greeted by Hannah. She originally tried to help me but someone was inform of me waiting so I had her take care of that customer. Hannah was very helpful, informative and professional. She was able to help me get my prescription on the AI glasses I was told twice I could not get. I give her kudos for knowing her stuff. She was very courteous and personable which made the engagement a treat. I would recommend dealing with Hannah at the store every time.
