Absolutely phenomenal experience at this lens crafter. I was buying my husband a pair for our anniversary and I don’t own glasses so I wasn’t aware of all that was involved in it! I originally called into the store and Carla assisted me, she was able to address my concerns about the particular Moncler frame we were looking for and the size adjustment. Jessica the general manager, took us in kindly and thoroughly delineated the differences in the lens and the brand’s appeal. Orlando and Tyler, two other reps in the store were amazing as well. Tyler being our first point of contact, giving us a feel for what we were looking for without the pressure of buying now. While Orlando, took us through his personal journey of glasses giving insight into what would work best for us. We were only here for the weekend to celebrate each other and from start to finish it was a tailored and informative experience. Plus the Labor Day discount was the cherry on top!
