Everyone at this Lenscrafters was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I was gracefully guided throughout my visit, from seeing the optometrist to picking out my frames. The sales staff made me feel seen and valued. They did a great job in explaining my options and helped me stay within my budget. I left with two pairs of glasses. I highly recommend this Lenscrafters.

The staff and Dr. Nakama were incredible. I was worried about my eye but she was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I needed a last minute appointment and the staff were so accommodating and gave me a call even before the store opened. Service was efficient! Loved my experience.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters and wanted to especially thank Jennie for her amazing service! She helped us repair our glasses and was incredibly patient, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. Jennie took the time to carefully adjust and fix everything, making sure the glasses fit perfectly and felt comfortable again. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant thanks to her. Highly recommend this location — and if you can, ask for Jennie! She’s the best!

Great and fast customer service! Accidentally broke the nylon string on one of my lenses (rimless frames), and Saeed was friendly and made sure the repair was done on the spot while I waited. Will definitely come back again, great selection of frames and sunglasses as well!

This store has a great location and a very kind staff. Great customer service which is so rare these days! I was recommended to come by my friend and it didn't disappoint. Special thanks to the store manager Saeed who went above and beyond to deliver a great experience.
