Lenscrafters

Not a fan of the telehealth eye exam. The webcam was low resolution and choppy. Microphone/volume wasn’t clear. The doctor was somewhat condescending and seemingly annoyed. They took my blood pressure 5 times because their machine doesn’t work right. At least the staff that works in house were friendly.

A wonderful and caring staff. I'd especially like to thank Katie and Nathan for their patience and understanding. They were so nice, I brought my wife back with me and got an appointment set for her too. Thanks guys

I came to schedule an appointment and to look at new glasses. I was trying on glasses for at least 5 minutes and nobody came to ask if I needed any assistance. There was a lady and a gentleman working, he had a customer but she did not, when he finished with his customer he went and talked to the lady, still not asking me if I needed any assistance. I finally just left. Very unpleasant first experience.

Personable, let me have time on my own , was very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient. Definitely recommend Redding LensCrafters.

The experience at Lens Crafters was great! I had lots of frames to choose from and could even get lenses in old pair of frames! I was well informed by the sales person and he was able to answer all my questions. He explained everything clearly and was very professional and friendly! So glad I went to Lens Crafters. Their hours were helpful too!
