I stopped by to the LensCrafters after finding a coating missing. The lenses were made on February of this year & the warranty was expired. Met with Molly. She was very professional & personable. She ordered a new replacement lenses & didn’t charge me a penny. Loved it. Her service was phenomenal. I have been a LensCrafters customer since the early 1990s. Very happy customer.

Very nice high tech office. Exceptional selection of frames, lenses and knowledgeable staff. Totally understands insurance and got us the best prices. Really liked the Dr. And Judith (so kind and listens to you and makes great suggestions), helped me select the right frames. Do your research first, because the progressive, transitions, audio, and all the new technologies are available here and I went in unprepared. Ended up exchanging my lenses for transitions which I really loved after seeing a video they offered. Saves me from carrying 2 pair of glasses everywhere! I look forward to next year's annual! Frames are awesome! I actually got Tiffany's with lenses for what outlet store sold just the frames for! AND, they are the only one I know that will use your own frames to replace into sunglasses, etc. I was able to turn my Gucci's into prescription sunglasses and I am thrilled! I do recommend! I highly recommend this office if you need contacts and/or glasses. The office is bright and cheerful. The girls upfront are courteous and professional while friendly. I did not have any wait time and was seen immediately upon arrival. The doctor was efficient and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained the tests and went over the pictures of my eyes. He was not in any hurry to get to the next person. I will continue to use this office for my annual visits.

Such a great experience in store. Sandy is super helpful, kind, and a real joy to deal with. I have a really narrow face and it’s difficult to find modern frames that fit. Sandy immediately guided me to the styles and brands that were perfect. I bought two pair! Thank you for making a dreaded shopping trip a pleasure!

We are from Ohio and are visiting friends in Gainesville, Georgia when my glass frames broke. We took them to LensCrafters who immediately helped us repair my glasses! Service is friendly and they were immediately able to repair my glasses completely. What a wonderful business and extremely competent personnel.
