Lenscrafters

I went to LensCrafters in Evansville Indiana today to price a pair of glasses after having cataract surgery. The lady that greeted me and all customers entering the store was Aja, who with a very welcoming smile let everyone know they were important to her. Aja was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Excellent customer service! My family and I saw the eye Dr (Dr Ross) and bought glasses for all of us. Had some issues with my prescription and they happily fixed my glasses to accommodate me. I was confused regarding sunglasses I bought and they took the time to carefully look over the receipt with me to ensure I was charged correctly. They found the discrepancy and instantly refunded my credit card. Everyone was so helpful, kind, respectful, and overall extremely pleasant to work with. Olivia helped me in person and Jen (I think?) assisted me over the phone. I highly recommend this location for its superb sales team and will only shop with them in the future for all my eye glasses needs! Thanks again!

The young lady that helped me today was incredibly nice and professional. She knew exactly what needed to be done and made the process very smooth and quick.

She was extremely knowledgeable, hilarious, and fixed a problem with my eyes that no one has been able to do in over 30 years! I had my own frames and wanted to get prescription lenses. Olivia was absolutely great! She was professional and took great care of me quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend!
