Regarding 4/10/2026 visit. There was an immediate warm welcome as well as verbal confirmation of showing up early to an appointment was encouraged in case forms needed to be filled out. I was guided to check -in and I have to say it was the best check-in I have ever had! The team collectively are authentic, straightforward and open to answer questions. There has been such a culture shift in Vegas that this team truly is a diamond in the rough. They offered options and actively listened to my concerns. The Optometrist was straightforward and was considerate. He did not isolate to his field, he showed concern for my whole health that may be impacting my vision. The visit was timely and informative. Thank you all! Special mention to Tamika, Elian and Cassie. Dr. Patel, you have a great team that adds value to Patient care and experience.

My daughter needed some new frames. Went to Vision works but their selection was ass. Came to Lens crafter and the representative Sandra was the one who helped us. She spoke to my daughter and was very nice to her and gave that teacher vibe. Overall she loved the glasses Sandra helped her pick. Yall keep it up 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Today never felt like an eye appointment as the staff and doctor was beyond attentive and helpful. The conversation was friendly and the process was enjoyable. I was given the time I needed to select my new frames and I can't wait to pick them up.

I recently visited lensCrafters, and I'm so impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff, especially Sandra was amazing. She took the time to answer all my questions about my prescription and helped me navigate their huge selection of stylish frames without any pressure to upsell. They truly go above and beyond at this location . Highly recommend for quality eyewear and exceptional service
