I purchased a pair of Men’s Satin Black Oakley Holbrook eyeglasses from LensCrafters at the Fashion Show Mall, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Katie was outstanding from the very beginning. She provided a professional consultation, made sure I received the best deal possible, and carefully incorporated all of the optometrist’s recommendations. I’d been wanting these Oakley frames for a long time, so I was incredibly excited when they arrived. Unfortunately, the first pair was a little too tight. That’s when Mario stepped in. He adjusted them right away, but when we realized the fit still wasn’t quite right, he took the time to review the different Oakley sizes and found the perfect one for me. Since I was within the 30-day satisfaction period, he reordered the correct size at no cost and with absolutely no hassle. The second pair fit perfectly. In business, things don’t always go exactly as planned. What truly matters is how a company responds when they have the opportunity to make things right. Katie and Mario turned what could have been a frustrating situation into an exceptional customer service experience. They were knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was completely satisfied. Thank you both for going above and beyond. You’ve earned a customer for life, and I highly recommend the LensCrafters team at the Fashion Show Mall!

I was in town visiting and one of my nose pieces broke off. I came in to the store. And was immediately greeted. I explained my problem and the gentleman replaced both my nose pieces on my glasses and also adjusted my sunglasses to fit me better. I wasn’t there more than 10 minutes and they had completely taken care of me and also did not charge me. I wish this LensCrafters was in my town.
I visited this store last week to get my glasses repaired. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. They fixed my glasses free of charge, and the repair was completed very quickly. In my experience, this is the only place in Las Vegas that offers such fast and reliable eyeglass repair service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a very disappointing experience at the LensCrafters Fashion Show location. My family of four usually goes to an eye doctor closer to our home, but because I needed an eye exam sooner, we decided to come to this location. I had originally scheduled appointments for my husband, my autistic son, and my youngest son for the following day, while I was able to be seen today. My autistic son was excited because, at our regular eye doctor, he is usually seen first to help him stay calm and cooperative. Not understanding that this office had a different process, he walked toward the exam room and became upset when redirected. As parents, we were actively working to calm him down and redirect him. He is a 190-pound young man with autism, so these situations can take patience and understanding. After I finished my exam, I went to the front desk to confirm my family's appointments. Instead of discussing possible accommodations or asking how they could help, I was told that because of my son's behavior, he would not be seen at this location. What made the experience even more upsetting was that I was also trying to shop for eyeglasses after my exam, and not one employee asked if I needed assistance. Families with individuals who have autism already face many challenges when seeking healthcare. A little patience, compassion, and willingness to communicate would have made a tremendous difference. Unfortunately, because of how our family was treated, we will not be returning to this location.
Excellent service all around. Easy to book eye exam online. I bought Meta Ray-bans and they pulled together the information while I was getting my eye exam so the process was even easier. Frames were fitted and the tech of the glasses was well explained. Lots of options for my progressives including transitions. Now I have one pair of prescription glasses versus the two I had before. Thank you!
