From the moment we walked in, my husband and I felt like they genuinely cared about us. We checked in for our appointment the assistant that checked us in, I apologize that I don't remember her name, was fantastic and were seen by the tech. within minutes. He too was phenomenal was clear with what to expect. Their upgraded equipment is amazing!! So easy, our pupils did not need to be dilated, and Dr. Campbell went over everything in great detail and in ways I could understand. Maria took care of us and assisted us with picking our glasses and lenses. She was so patient with me and was also clear in explaining the different options we had. I highly recommend this LensCrafters.

From Pauline T. L. Fernando is outstanding!! On Sunday 6/14/26, I visited the LensCrafters in Altamonte Springs, 520 W. Hwy. 436, Altamonte Springs 32714, (off 436, not inside the mall) to have my glasses adjusted and updated…and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional. The licensed optician, Fernando, who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely personable. I came in about Sunday, midday, after a second exchange of my glasses, and this time everything was finally done right. Fernando took the time to carefully adjust my frames, switch me to polycarbonate lenses (instead of plastic), and fit me into tortoise shell frames in a 52 width that feel comfortable, secure, and perfect for my face — it was worth paying the difference. What stood out most was the level of care and attention. Nothing felt rushed. Every concern I had was listened to and addressed with professionalism and skill. This technician , Fernando, truly went above and beyond in customer service…one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in optical care. I left completely satisfied with the fit, clarity, and overall quality of my glasses. This kind of service is rare these days, and this licensed optician set a very high standard. Great experience every time we go. As logn as there not super busy your in and out otherwise its a little wait but not to bad. Employees are nice and knowledgeable. Really good with glasses and adjusting them to. Highly recommended location. The doctors are also super nice and helpful.

Briana (store manager) and James are absolutely delightful to work with, every time I visit. They have my best interest at heart, and do not attempt at up selling products I do not want. They both are extremely down to earth and friendly, and their customer service is top-notch. They have even assisted with replacing product that had a manufacturing-defect, at no cost, which is appreciated more than I can express. If corporate ever reads these reviews, please recognize both Briana and James for their 5-star attentiveness and customer care, as it is rare to find this quality nowadays. Thank you Bri/James! 😊💚

I visited to have glasses that I purchased online fitted properly. Maria helped me and was AMAZING! She was patient and kept readjusting until they fit just right. And this was a complimentary service. I will definitely go back when it is time for new glasses.
