This place is clean! But, they’ll also slip people in before your appointment, pushing yours back. We arrived 45 minutes early, so expected a wait. But we ended up waiting half an hour after our appointment to be seen, and heard people thanking them for fitting them in on such short notice. Expect to spend a lot longer here than you need to, but there’s plenty of optometrist offices in the area. I would recommend going here if you’re a walk-in though as they’re given priority. 2 stars because it’s clean at least.

Isabella at LensCrafters at Sanford FL was simply amazing. She was super helpful, efficient, kind and very knowledgeable. She helped me with frame suggestions, fully explained my financial options, and was very fast. She was supported by an ever present management team and was as sweet and smiley as she can be. I hope she is available the next time I come here!

I have been wearing prescription glasses for too many years to count. Dr Joseph Vo has been hands down the best Optometrist I have had. Dr Vo is personable, caring and my prescription has always been spot on! Special shout out to the Opticians, especially, Monica, Glennita and the rest of the team who jumped in and helped. The store is busy, as are most eyeglass stores, but this staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and are THE MOST patient humans on the planet! I love my new glasses! Thank you!

My husband needed some new sunglasses so I chose LensCrafters. Gabriella assisted us from the minute we walked in the door. She was very nice, knowledgeable and thorough. From the lady who read our glasses to the other staff and Gabriella was genuinely kind. Great experience.

We drove from Lake County, hoping we would be able to find a solution prior to leaving on our cruise. My wife had fallen and bent her frame. These were frames that were not purchased at LensCrafters. However, Melissa not only went out of her way to find possible solutions within the LensCrafters items available, but when no immediate viable solution was found, Melissa went out of her way to try to correct the problem with the frame. Short version, frames were straightened, vision restored, Cruise saved. Kudos to Melissa for going above and beyond and thinking outside the box. Fantastic customer service at its finest.
