Ryan Kasem and Charles Pierce were fantastic help when Charles couldn’t no longer assist me with my meta glasses. He called in Ryan they both were very polite and very professional as well as helpful. I highly recommend LensCrafters they are very efficient!

With so many choices in eyewear to choose from, Lens Crafters stands out from the rest. Previously a Costco Optical customer thinking I was getting a good deal and quality lenses. Sadly not the case. The frames may be quality but the lenses and fit are horrible at Costco. After a few months can’t even clean the lenses. Lens Crafters has a great selection of name brand frames but the lenses are superior. The store manage Charles took the time to explain what frames and fit are best for me and why. He took the time to explain the choice of lenses and how they differ finding the best lenses for my frames. When all said and done, I paid $50 more for superior quality frames and lenses over Costco. Lens Crafters of Upper Arlington exceeded my expectations and earned my future business and I highly recommend this store.

Went here for the first time today for an eye exam and new frames and I had a great experience. Dr. Berk was efficient while explaining his conclusions and gave me several opportunities to ask questions. He also gave me the opportunity to begin looking at frames while I was waiting for my eyes to finish dilating for the exam. Ryan helped me find frames and he was thorough and encouraging of trying different styles and providing options. He figured out the style I like in a few questions and took me right to where those frames were. He explained what options I had and didn't hesitate to grab examples of frame types and lens colors throughout our consultation. We also had a fun conversation while looking for frames. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Charlie, one of the associates, greeted me professionally and was able to quickly fix and provide the service that I exactly needed. He made the service super easy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend going and getting quality glasses here!
