These guys are great... patient, friendly, knowledgable, and committed to getting it right. I purchased 3 pairs at once. Michelle, Nicole and Chantill were outstanding--after factory errors were suspected, they did everything necessary to ensure my vision was perfect before I left. Special kudos to Bill for his time, endless patience and attention to detail. Thanks everyone!
I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters in Vero Beach, thanks to Carissa! She was so nice, patient, and really took the time to listen to what I needed. Her advice was spot-on — I ended up with a great pair of eyeglasses AND sunglasses that I love. If you come here, ask for Carissa. She truly makes the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!
The doctor and receptionist here were extremely kind and truly care about their patients and their experience. I felt well cared for throughout my exam. It’s very clear that patient experience matters to them, and I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism I was shown on the exam side of the visit.
I had a 5 star experience at Lens Crafters in Vero Beach. Michelle Stanton was top notch! Super professional, accommodating and excellent at her job! She helped me choose the best fitting and looking glasses and sunglasses. The entire experience from the doctor who did the testing, the tech's who assisted and Michelle who sealed the deal. Great prices, Excellent staff and a wide variety to choose from. Highly recommend them!
I had the most wonderful experience here! I was able to get an optics appointment and order new glasses the same day I broke mine, which was very convenient. Make sure to ask for Sara when you come as well! She was the most helpful and kind woman; I couldn’t have found such a perfect pair of glasses without her patience and expertise. I highly recommend LensCrafters.
