Michelle was amazing. She was extremely nice and helpful for me when I was picking out my glasses. She was really knowledgeable too and just overall good at her job. A really pleasant experience overall, and they were able to get my lenses done same day! Definitely recommend!
I had an excellent experience with this store! After calling numerous places, I chose them specifically because of the courteous professionalism of the gentleman who answered the phone. When I arrived, the entire team showed that same high level of professional attitude. A special shout-out to Matt, who took my order—he was excellent and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to find such consistent service from the first phone call to the final interaction. Highly recommend!
A lady named Laura helped me with the selection of my glasses. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The place is going thru a renovation. Even with all the noise and commotion everyone was working very hard to help all the costumers. Laura told me the place is going to be beautiful when it is all done. Highly recommend this place.
I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Ngo at the Lens Crafters located at UTC. He is knowledgeable, thorough and kind. In addition, he answered all questions that I had concerning my vision to my satisfaction in understandable terms. The sales associate Tyler was very helpful when I was trying to decide which eye glass frame suited me best. All employees at this site are very positive, helpful and kind. Thank you.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best LensCrafters Experience Ever This was the best experience I’ve ever had at any LensCrafters location. After many visits to different locations in Sarasota, this was the first time I truly felt that someone cared about my needs. Laura was absolutely amazing. She patiently reviewed my insurance benefits with me, explained everything clearly, and took the time to help me find the perfect glasses and sunglasses. Her patience, professionalism, and kindness made a huge difference. She also involved other team members when needed, and everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The entire staff worked together to make my visit smooth and enjoyable. This was by far my best LensCrafters experience in many years. Laura is truly the best and nicest person, and LensCrafters is lucky to have her.
